The Pediatric Care Collective was formed in January 2023 to be a
one-stop hub for accessing a variety of therapeutic services
to assess and treat infants, young children, and teens
with special needs in Boulder County and surrounding areas.

You are encouraged to reach out directly with a provider who is a good match with your child's age, need, and location. If you are unsure and would like some guidance, or have other questions, you can reach us at info@pediatriccarecollective.com or call 303-834-7525.
Unfortunately not at this time. Becoming an in-network provider is challenging for an individual provider but we are looking into this and may be able to offer it in the future. Upon request, we are able to provide a 'superbill' which can be submitted to your insurance company as an out of network service.
Some therapists accept Medicaid which is denoted in their about section.
We are a group of therapists that have all previously worked together at the Boulder Community Health Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Clinic before it was permanently closed in December 2022. We continue to collaborate as needed to provide a wholistic team approach maximizing your child's growth and progress.
We service Boulder county and the surrounding area. Some providers have office space and some providers see clients in the community (home, library, school, etc). We try to meet the needs of the community through our varying locations.
